Not all is lost

Shedia is a magazine which homeless people can sell as street vendors and make a living. Published by Shedia Street Press—a member of the International Network of Street Papers—themagazine’s main goal is to help homeless people stand on their own two feet.

To help increase awareness for Shedia’s cause, McCann Athens created a TV spot which shows a small snail slowly moving from a green field to a busy city street, where unsuspecting feet land within millimetres of its fragile shell. The great risk of accidentally being crushed by a passerby symbolises how easy it is for someone to lose their home.
