Enerwave Launch Event
To mark the official launch of ELPEDISON’s rebranding, introducing both the newly formed company as a member of the HELLENiQ Energy Group and its renewed corporate identity, we delivered a large-scale corporate event the past November.
The event was the culmination of extensive preparation and cross-functional coordination, designed to communicate the organization’s transition to a new corporate identity.
It took place simultaneously in Athens and Thessaloniki, hosting nearly 1,000 attendees. This immersive event featured interactive touchpoints that engaged the audience with the new corporate narrative, fostering meaningful interaction. The HELEXPO venue was transformed into two operational zones: a presentation hall and a live performance area, operating independently yet cohesively.
The event included a meticulous “live television style” production, featuring livestreaming, creative content, and synchronized transitions. It was delivered through 7 cameras, a dedicated 25-person photo and video crew, timelapse units, drones, and an extensive technical team of 330 people. The evening concluded with a spectacular countdown that reflected the organization’s ambition and forward-looking spirit.
